An Overview of 4G

4G is a methodology that links ideas about behaviour and relationships to bottom line performance and costs. Concerning behaviours and relationships, 4G offers three simultaneous insights;

The following diagram attempts to capture these ideas and how they link to Individuals, Teams and Culture.

Four Groups and 4G link the behavioural aspects of people management to bottom line performance. Concerning behaviour, Four Groups introduces a new approach to articulate and predict relationships. Additionally, by applying a proprietary formula, it is then possible to calculate and manage costs and savings.

As 4G is able to describe and predict relationships, it is possible to compare these against salary costs. Given that different relationships attract different levels of productivity and require different levels of effort to make them work, via 4G, this seemingly intangible information can then be quantified and costed accordingly.

Linking intangible behaviours and relationships to bottom line costs and financials enables professionals to analyse and optimise their Human Capital with high levels of clarity and effectiveness. The following example demonstrates this for a small team.
